Logistics Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients

  • Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses

  • Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers

  • Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets

  • Nurture new sales leads to secure business

  • Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients

Requirements:

  • Knowledge: Must have good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques. With industry knowledge and 2-3+ years of domestic logistics experience

  • Having a proven record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of logistics products and services.

  • Interpersonal skills: Networking and relationship building are vital to getting referrals and successfully closing sales. Hence to succeed as a logistics sales executive, must be able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients

  • Computer skills: Have basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Willing to learn new programs and logistics applications

  • Communication skill: Whether it is via email, phone, or face-to-face is crucial in making a sale. applicants must have excellent verbal communication skills to convey information on the Easy2Go’s Logistics solutions to clients and prospects, as well as to provide customer support as needed

  • Time management and ability to multitask: Applicants must be able to schedule their daily activities, including customer visits in an optimal manner. Be skilled in handling multiple tasks, such as making phone calls and sending emails or instant messages to co-workers simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the E2G brand’s marketing efforts across multiple channels, including digital, content, and partnership marketing.

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies tailored to the Irish market.

  • Manage and operate a variety of social media platforms — including but not limited to LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok — to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, support client retention, and promote new services.

  • Produce and edit marketing videos and write compelling copy for campaigns, social media, email, and website content.

  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring consistent branding, timely content updates, and optimal user experience.

  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine ranking.

  • Craft and execute marketing strategies that reflect best practices in both large-scale corporate branding and localized promotions.

  • Lead the planning and execution of small to large-scale events, both online and offline, to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners at all levels to ensure alignment on branding and campaign goals.

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and ERP systems.

  • Strong skills in video editing and persuasive copywriting across digital platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in LinkedIn strategy execution and social media operations across platforms like Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and TikTok.

  • Solid understanding of corporate branding practices and how to adapt them to local markets.

  • Ability to plan and execute marketing events and product launches.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and negotiation skills.
