Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the E2G brand’s marketing efforts across multiple channels, including digital, content, and partnership marketing.

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies tailored to the Irish market.

  • Manage and operate a variety of social media platforms — including but not limited to LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok — to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, support client retention, and promote new services.

  • Produce and edit marketing videos and write compelling copy for campaigns, social media, email, and website content.

  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring consistent branding, timely content updates, and optimal user experience.

  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine ranking.

  • Craft and execute marketing strategies that reflect best practices in both large-scale corporate branding and localized promotions.

  • Lead the planning and execution of small to large-scale events, both online and offline, to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners at all levels to ensure alignment on branding and campaign goals.

  • Support the sales team by tracking sales progress, assisting with customer segmentation and lead nurturing through marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals and KPIs.

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Irish B2B sector.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, website content management, and SEO.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and ERP systems.

  • Strong skills in video editing and persuasive copywriting across digital platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in LinkedIn strategy execution and social media operations across platforms like Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and TikTok.

  • Solid understanding of corporate branding practices and how to adapt them to local markets.

  • Ability to plan and execute marketing events and product launches.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
