Logistics Operator

The Logistics Operator is responsible for the seamless execution of our daily shipping and delivery processes. You will serve as a vital link between our warehouse, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure global supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Execution: Coordinate order processing, shipping arrangements, and real-time delivery tracking.
• Liaison: Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, customs, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Problem Solving: Proactively monitor shipment statuses and resolve in-transit issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise shipping documents and inventory records.
• Process Optimisation: Support initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and reduce lead times.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain (Cross-border logistics experience is preferred).
• Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics tracking software.
• Traits: Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluent in English.
