Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and optimise our daily logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are processed efficiently, safely, and accurately. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a "safety-first" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• • System Management: Master and utilise our ERP system and third-party order management software for all warehouse and order tasks.
  • Operational Leadership: Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatching of goods to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Safety & Training: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised facility.
  • Reporting: Utilise Excel and other office software to maintain detailed logs and operational reports.

• • Communication: Competent English communication skills
    

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
    

  • Professionalism: A rigorous, meticulous, and patient work ethic with a high degree of responsibility.
