Responsibilities:

• Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients

• Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses

• Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers

• Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets

• Nurture new sales leads to secure business

• Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients

• Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with us.

• Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one.

Requirements:

• Knowledge: Must have good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques. With industry knowledge and 2-3+ years of domestic logistics experience

• Having a proven record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of logistics products and services.

• Interpersonal skills: Networking and relationship building are vital to getting referrals and successfully closing sales. Hence to succeed as a logistics sales executive, must be able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients

• Computer skills: Have basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Willing to learn new programs and logistics applications

• Communication skill: Whether it is via email, phone, or face-to-face is crucial in making a sale. applicants must have excellent verbal communication skills to convey information on the Easy2Go’s Logistics solutions to clients and prospects, as well as to provide customer support as needed

• Time management and ability to multitask: Applicants must be able to schedule their daily activities, including customer visits in an optimal manner. Be skilled in handling multiple tasks, such as making phone calls and sending emails or instant messages to co-workers simultaneously.

• Team player: Logistics sales executives can work and contribute in a team oriented environment

• Negotiation skills: Logistics sales executives are responsible for giving quotes to clients, as well as negotiating with shippers and carriers. Therefore, it is essential that influence clients taking a position that confers maximum benefit to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Customs Entries: Execute full import and export customs entries and manage transit documents.
• Compliance: Ensure all filings align with company procedures, Revenue requirements, and correct Tariff/Valuation codes.
• Document Management: Handle the creation and discharge of T1 documents.
• Client Relations: Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients, providing top-tier customer support.
• Niche Expertise: Oversee E-commerce customs clearance and related specialised areas.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 12 months of recent import/export customs experience (2+ years of senior-level experience is preferred).
• Knowledge: Excellent understanding of supply chains, freight forwarding, and customs procedures.
• System Proficiency: Experience with Customs Clearance systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional data accuracy and time management skills.
• Personal Attributes: Ambitious, eager to learn, and a strong team player willing to go the extra mile for clients.
